Bedroom One
has an ensuite bathroom and can sleep two adults and two children
Bedroom Two
has an ensuite shower room, a superking which can be separated to form two singles on request and can sleep two adults and two children
Bedroom Three
has twin beds which can be put together to form a superking on request. It is next to the family bathroom.
Bedroom Four
has a king size bed and shares the family bathroom with Bedroom Three
Bedroom Five
has a king size bed and an en-suite shower room. It is the only upstairs bedroom.
Entrance hall and utility room
The utilty room and downstaris wc are on this level. There is a short flight of steps down to four bedrooms and another one that leads up to the communal areas and Bedroom 5.
The hot tub
Our six person hot tub is very popular with guests and is services regularly,

Our small summerhouse offers a peaceful and usually warm retreat
The lower garden
We have a large, sunny patio a summerhouse with games and a large lawn.
